Hello everyone I’m back again to update you on my projects for this week. First off, I am very close to completing my portfolio campaign, and we are voting on the winner for that next week looking forward to it. Then I am starting to build my personal website for my portfolio and how to contact me and for future employers to get to know me. It is safe to say I am very busy as the semester is close to being almost halfway done and we are that much closer to graduating

Nature of Images 2
Next, we have how interplay makes a message in a design. There are many different ways that interplay is used within messages. For example, size changes of shapes affect the relationship of the design, then reordering, which can create disorder, then differential shapes, which creates simplicity within a design. Using these will create a different perception of the message in the design. Then, there are complex and abstract messages. These are simple shapes and lines that, when combined, create an emotional or life experience out of the shapes. An example is when curved lines all
combine. It is a way to represent unity. Another example is if you have a black space with lines created out of dots, it
represents effervescence. There are many other examples, and every design for what they mean is different and unique.
Models that have pictorial significance all depend on what a designer might choose to use for a design that can be
anything from photography to painting or illustrations for the design. The images must have informational clarity, which means that the images used help share the message the images represent. Then, there is also the medium of the message. The medium is what the image is made of, whether the image is made with photographer ink or charcoal. Now, depending on what is used to create the image, it can also affect other things than just the meaning of the image. For example, say you wanted to develop a piece of art from a specific period; then, if you wanted to get the right message with the image, then the design would have to be made with the same medium as the piece being used for reference. Then, if you choose to utilize a different medium, it can also create a different message, but it all depends on what is used.
The last topic to go over is stylization, which means altering an image to change the meaning of the visual
message. Then, certain parts of a subject can be easily recognized, no matter what changes are made to the images or shapes. An example of this is the features of a cat. However, if an image has enough design changes, it can make the
identity different from the ones that were once considered similar in one way or another. This last part has deficiently been one of the most exciting topics to learn in this chapter. I would deficiently like to use them to see if it can give some
improvement in my designs. I have learned a lot of information in this chapter about how the simplest things can make the biggest changes in a design and can make the message within very different.

Nature of Images
As I have said before, images are essential to any design because of what they are used for. Images are used for all kinds of things other than just being a picture or using colors and shapes. They also draw attention to people, create messages without using words, and create emotions and feelings based on the images and the colors used. First off, I’m going to explain what an image is, which is a use of shapes and colors that, in the hands of a designer, can be used to create pictures of anything from people to landscapes, which create emotions for the people who see the images as well as developing a message within the image without the use of words or text which is a visual counterpoint.
Then, there is the spectrum or representation, which works in stages. It starts with it being a literal image for a picture of an eye, and then, on the other end, a different image or shape is used to represent an eye. This is where the image is
considered symbolic. An example is using circles or letters like an o or e to represent an eye. Another way of
explaining this is the image being either pictorial or non-pictorial now; if it’s pictorial, the image is very realistic. Then, if the image is non-pictorial, it is less detailed and more symbolic and simplistic in its design using shapes or letters.
How images communicate creates how our brain revives images. This is referred to as semiology. This was developed in the 1800s. This was broken up into two parts: how people see an image, the first part being what the image looks like and what it means. An example is using text instead of an image for a flag. This manipulates the text, making it look like a flag blowing in the wind. Another term for this is syntax, which means that all forms carry the meaning of what they represent, creating visual stimuli in the brain when seeing the image, no matter how simple or complex it is in the design.

Freelancing Pros & Cons
Freelancing is doing specific work for clients without committing to full-time employment. Freelancers often take on multiple projects with different clients simultaneously.Freelancers handle contract work on a part-time or full-time basis and often sign agreements before starting projects. With freelancing, the client pays per project, per task, or per hour, depending on the agreement. Freelance projects typically involve short-term assignments, although satisfied clients often request follow-on work.
pros
Flexibility. As a freelancer, you are able to chose your hours and decide when and where to work. For example, you can work from home or when you’re at the beach. Freelancing flexibility helps promote a better work-life balance.
Choice of clients and projects. Working as a freelancer allows you to select the projects that match your skills and interests. You can also pick clients who fit particular criteria.
Setting your own rates. You may enjoy greater control of your earnings potential since you generally set your own rates as a freelancer. The amount of work you’re able to handle daily or weekly is another factor that is likely to determine your earnings.
Improved skill set. As a freelancer, you may have the opportunity to work on more specialized projects, giving you greater experience with niche subject areas.
Exposure to global brands. Because you can choose your clients and projects, you have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with businesses from around the world.
cons
Isolation. Unlike a part-time or full-time job, having a freelance business may get lonely, especially if you’re working remotely. If you thrive on day-to-day interactions with colleagues in a work environment, you may find freelancing isolating.
Uncertain job security. Freelance work is likely to be erratic—you might have more work than you know what to do with at some points but struggle to land projects at other times. You may need to continue working in your regular job to maintain a steady income in the early stages of your freelancing career.
Administrative responsibilities. As your own boss, you’ll need to handle legal paperwork, invoicing, marketing, and other relevant administrative duties. These responsibilities may require considerable knowledge of bookkeeping, tax regulations, and office technology and take time from your area of focus.
No employer-funded benefits. As a self-employed person, you don’t have an employer who contributes to health insurance, 401(k) retirement offerings, and other benefits associated with a full-time job .

Update on my life
Hello today I thought today I would tell you about what things are like for me and my family in my home life. The most important thing for my family at the moment is that on thursday my sister addie had her second acl surgery. She unfortunately got hurt during her high school basketball practice which sucks because that was the same way she hurt her first acl. Even though it was her second surgery it still does not make it any easier for her. but we are here to support her I have had lots of surgeries in my life so i know its not easy having to get back to where you were before an injury but its easier when you have people to help you through it.
